For many PMM employees, work usually begins at
5pm and ends according to one’s planned
schedule. Whether part-time or full, PMM trained technicians can perform any task in their area of expertise. With every assignment a supervisor is
not far behind, either working with designated
crews or inspecting much of the work the following morning. Company customer representatives meet regularly when they can with clients to discuss the immediate work or provide further assistance, if necessary. Overall, assignments generally
performed on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, or semi-yearly basis are the following:

• Janitorial Services (basic chores such as cleaning, mopping and disinfecting bathrooms, dusting furniture, emptying trash, sweeping all floors, vacuuming carpets, cleaning baseboards, glass doors, light switches and telephones and weekly restocking of supplies)

• Window Cleaning (typically performed once a month on buildings that do not exceed two stories)
• Fabric Upholstery & Partition Cleaning (will steam clean cubicles and upholstery, as needed)
• Anti-Static Carpet Treatment
• Carpet Cleaning (all carpets are steam cleaned)
• Stone Floor Care Programs (bringing the luster back to marble floors. This usually is done in hotels and is
a higher ticket item)
• Parquet/Wooden Floor Maintenance (buffing floors on a limited basis)
• Strip & Refinish Hard Surface Floors (refers to vinyl floors that are stripped and refinished when needed)
• Pressure Washing (limited to smaller jobs, such as the outside of buildings)
• Outside Maintenance (landscape & trimming; only if requested)
